TODAY,
but only when diplomatically used in global trade!
Based off article 26, which is the international human
rights to FREE education under the divine covenant (UN charter) of fundamental
equality for all, we would like to enlighten the people of Jamaica today, that
it has become imperative for them to politically awaken from their
commercial slumber, and invoke the international diplomatic spirit
(intelligence) of 'collective security under fundamental human rights law', so
that they may become lawfully eligible to diplomatically claim their fully
recognized fundamental commercial freedoms to equality, with our international
community of human peers at the UN treaty organization in Geneva.
Once human beings become knowledgeable of how to
diplomatically actualize article 22 – international human right to political
self realization, with national support (host government - G.O.J.) and
international co-operation (U.N.), then our (humanity’s) global unification will
appear more probably and clearly inevitable under international law.
For everyone as a member of our global human society, has
the international right to be socially secured at the status of their request,
and is diplomatically entitled to the political realization of economic, social
and cultural rights, which are indispensable for discharging debt obligations
in a world of trade.
Even article 3, of the Declaration for Indigenous Peoples
Rights (2007), states, ‘indigenous peoples have the human right to freely
choose their international political status, in our global world of
international trade today. Therefore, as we politically unite to diplomatically
claim our inherent international human rights, we must have super-natural
political confidence when realizing that under the divine covenant (UN charter)
of fundamental equality for all; we all are born politically free and
diplomatically equal in human dignity (value) and international rights
(indigenous intellectual property); we all are diplomatically entitled to all
the international human rights and fundamental freedoms in global commerce
(trade), as set forth by this Universal Declaration for Human Rights Charter.
We all have the international human right to a dignified
l.i.f.e. (living in full equality), universal liberty in global trade and
diplomatic security of human person. NO human being on the planet shall be
politically held under global Jesuit Supremacy indoctrination (mental slavery)
or IMF indentured servitude to foreign international bankers. We all have the
international right to an immediate and effective diplomatic remedy by the competent
national tribunals for political acts that violate our fundamental human rights
which were granted to us (humanity) by His imperial Majesty’s divine covenant
(UN charter) or by defacto corporate constitutions (law of land/jurisdiction).
Under the international Convention for the Protection of All
persons from enforced (political) disappearance, article 1 states, no human
being shall be commercially (contractually) subjected to enforced political
disappearance from global commerce (trade). No exceptional circumstances
whatsoever, whether a state of war or threat of war, internal political
instability, or any other public emergency, may be invoked by the State, as
justification for enforced political disappearance.
Article 2 states, For the purposes of
this Convention, "enforced political disappearance" is considered to be the
arrest, detention, abduction or any
other form of deprivation of liberty by agents of the State or by persons (defacto queens governor general) or
groups of persons acting with the authorization, support or acquiescence of the
State, followed by a refusal to acknowledge the deprivation of liberty or
by concealment of the fate or whereabouts of the disappeared person, which place such a person outside the diplomatic protection of the international human rights law.
For every priceless and divine human being has the
international right to human recognition, everywhere as a human person before the
international human rights law of fundamental equality for all, which is how a just democratic human society
diplomatically flourishes.
There are basic principles and guidelines on the
international human right to a remedy and reparation for commercial victims of
gross violations of international human rights law, and serious violations of
international humanitarian law by the State, or any defacto State authority,
which include the victims’ human rights to equal and effective access to
international justice; adequate, effective and prompt reparation for harm
suffered in global commerce (trade); access to relevant information concerning
violations and reparations mechanisms.
There are also special procedures for complaints by
individuals under human rights treaties, that anyone may bring a diplomatic
complaint to the Spotlight and Attention of World Opinion at the UN treaty
organization in Geneva
With these diplomatic procedures, the human rights
committees’ Special Rapporture on New communications may issue a diplomatic
complaint to the State party for interim measures (diplomatic immunity) with a
political view to averting irreparable harm in global commerce, before
international human rights claim and diplomatic complaint is considered. The committee
politically views compliance with such a request, as inherent in a State
party’s obligations under the Optional Protocol, and and failure to comply as a
breach thereof.
For article 2, paragraph 3, of the covenant, has guaranteed
all human beings an effective international remedy for any violation of our
indigenous international rights. Our commercial (contractual) bondage under IMF
globalization (political genocide), is due to shear ignorance of our
fundamental human right to privately access international funding and financing,
which was codified as a separate right under article 13, of the Declaration for
Human Rights Defenders.
Once we (humanity) come to politically realize the full
benefit from an effective diplomatic remedy, the human rights to the lawful
exercise of the occupation or profession of human rights defender, and to
effective diplomatic protection under national law in reacting against or
opposing, through peaceful political means, acts or omissions attributable to
the State that result in violations of international human rights, then we may
gather the masses to stand together in political unity, for enough diplomatic
strength to negotiate for our universal human recognition, and NO Longer
stigmatized as an IMF tax-paying commercial serf with no real significance.
Now, Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS UNIVERSAL
DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard
of achievement for all peoples and all nations (groups of like minded
individuals), to the end that every individual and every organ of society,
keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching
(fundamental freedoms to equality) and (human rights) education to promote
respect for these (international) rights and (fundamental) freedoms and by
progressive measures, national and international, to (diplomatically) secure their universal and effective (human) recognition
and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among
the peoples of (trust) territories under their jurisdiction (in global trade).

So therefore, if we secure and defend article 1 –
international right to equal human dignity (value) and international rights
(indigenous intellectual property), then we may legitimately express ourselves
under article 21.3 of the divine covenant (UN charter), which says, the will of the people shall be the
basis of government authority in every democratic commercial jurisdiction of
today.
An intellectual cultural human rights evolution under international law, can only bring peaceful diplomatic solutions to IMF global pollution (extreme taxation), in a modern world of intellectual trade. For it is divine wisdom, human rights knowledge, and fundamental equality understanding for all, which will bring immediate political C.H.A.N.G.E. (Choosing Humanity A New Global Economy), in the twinkling of an eye, where we shall all be politically changed.
From 1st or 2nd class citizen chattel subjects, to equal and
free dignified beings in global commerce. The United Nations is based on the
principle of the sovereign (politically free) equality of all its human
members. All human members shall settle their international disputes by
peaceful diplomatic means in such a political manner that international peace
and diplomatic security, and divine justice (political just action), are not
endangered in global trade.
CHAPTER XI:
DECLARATION REGARDING NON-SELF-GOVERNING TERRITORIES
DECLARATION REGARDING NON-SELF-GOVERNING TERRITORIES
Members of the United Nations which have or assume
responsibilities for the administration of territories
whose peoples have not yet attained a full measure of self-government (3rd world countries) recognize the principle that the interests of the inhabitants of these
territories are paramount, and accept as a sacred
trust the obligation to promote to the utmost, within the system of
international peace and (diplomatic) security established by the present
Charter, the well-being of the inhabitants of these territories, and, to this
end:
to ensure, with due respect for the culture (intellectual
excellence) of the peoples concerned, their political, economic, social, and
educational advancement, their just political treatment, and their diplomatic protection against
abuses (in global commerce);
to develop (autonomous) self-government, to take due account
of the political aspirations of the peoples, and to assist them in the progressive
development of their free political institutions, according to the particular
circumstances of each territory and its peoples and their varying stages of
advancement;
to further international peace and diplomatic security;
to promote constructive measures of development, to
encourage research, and to co-operate with one another and, when and where
appropriate, with specialized international bodies with a view to the practical
achievement of the social, economic, and scientific purposes set forth in this
Article; and
to transmit regularly to the Secretary-General for
information purposes, subject to such limitation as diplomatic security and
constitutional considerations may require, statistical and other information of
a technical nature relating to economic, social, and educational conditions in
the territories for which they are respectively responsible other than those
territories to which Chapters XII and XIII apply.
Members of the United Nations also agree that their policy
in respect of the territories to which this Chapter applies, no less than in
respect of their metropolitan areas, must
be based on the general principle of good-neighbourliness, due account being
taken of the interests and well-being of the rest of the world, in social,
economic, and commercial matters.
Article 78
The trusteeship system shall not apply to territories which
have become Members of the United Nations, relationship
among which shall be based on respect for the principle of sovereign (politically
free) equality.
Article 80
Except as may be agreed upon in individual trusteeship (private)
agreements, made under Articles 77, 79, and 81, placing each territory under
the trusteeship system, and until such (private) agreements have been
concluded, nothing in this Chapter
shall be construed in or of itself to alter in any manner the (indigenous
international) rights whatsoever of any states or any peoples or the
terms of existing international instruments to which Members of the United
Nations may respectively be parties.
Paragraph 1 of this Article shall not be interpreted as
giving grounds for delay or postponement of the negotiation and conclusion of (private)
agreements for placing mandated and other territories under the trusteeship
system as provided for in Article 77.
The trusteeship (private) agreement shall in each case
include the terms under which the trust territory will be administered and
designate the authority which will exercise the administration of the trust
territory. Such authority, hereinafter called the administering authority, may
be one or more states or the Organization itself.

CHAPTER XIX: RATIFICATION AND SIGNATURE
The present Charter shall be ratified by the signatory
states in accordance with their respective constitutional processes. The ratifications shall be deposited
with the Government of the United States of America, which shall notify
all the signatory states of each deposit as well as the Secretary-General of
the Organization when he has been appointed.
The present Charter shall come into force upon the deposit
of ratifications by the Republic of China, France ,
the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics ,
the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States of America United States of America
The states signatory to the present Charter which ratify it
after it has come into force will become original Members of the United Nations
on the date of the deposit of their respective ratifications.

glory (magnificence in law), he became politically poor (stateless and
displaced) for all humanity’s sakes, that all humanity might become rich in the
Father’s (Abba’s) human rights glory through His (Iyesus’) artificially created
IMF poverty.

“To whom will YOU people liken
me or make me equal to or compare me that we may resemble each other? 6 There are
those who are lavishing out the gold from the purse, and with the scale beam they
weigh out the silver. They hire a metalworker, and he makes it into a Jesuit god.
They prostrate themselves, yes, they bow down.7 They carry it upon the shoulder,
they bear it and deposit it in its place that it may stand still. From its
standing place it does not move away. One even cries out to it, but it does not
answer; out of one’s distress it does not save one.
8 “Remember this, that YOU people may
muster up courage. Lay it to heart, YOU transgressors. 9 Remember the first things of a long time ago, that I an I am the

powerful at heart, YOU the ones far away from
righteousness (legal an lawful uprightness).13 I have brought near my righteousness in human rights law. It is not far away, and my own human rights salvation will not be
late. And I an I will give in Zion (Ethiopia ) human rights salvation, to Israel

If, then, there is any encouragement in Christ (the Anointed
One of Ethiopia), if any consolation of love (obey Emperors UN law of equality),
if any sharing of spirit (intellgence), if any tender affections and
compassions, 2 make my joy full in that YOU are all of the
same mind and have the same love (obey Emperors UN law of equality), being diplomatically
joined together in soul (spirit an flesh), holding the one thought in
mind, 3 doing nothing out of contentiousness or out of egotism, but with lowliness
of mind considering that the others are superior to YOU, 4 keeping
an eye, not in personal interest upon just YOUR own matters,
but also in personal interest upon those of the others (humanity).
5 Keep this mental attitude in YOU that is
also in Kristos Iyesus 6 who, although he was existing in Elect of God in
Ethiopia’s diplomatic form, gave no consideration to a seizure, namely, that he
should be equal to Elect of God the Father.7 No, but he emptied himself of human
rights knowledge and took a slave’s (ex-citizens) form and came to be in the
likeness of men.
8 More than that, when he found himself in fashion as a man, he
humbled himself and became obedient as far as death in commerce, yes, death on
a torture stake of humiliation - political persecution by human peers. 9 For this
very reason also Elect of God the Father exalted him to a superior diplomatic position
and kindly gave His Imperial Majesty the divine name that is above every other
name, 10 so that in the name of Iyesus every knee should bend of those in Ethiopia
(heaven) and those on earth (193 member nation states) and those under the
ground (not registered), 11 and every political tongue should openly acknowledge
that Iyesus Kristos is sovereign Lord (political master) to the glory (magnificence in law) of Elect
of God the Father.
12 Consequently, my beloved ones, in the diplomatic way that YOU
have always obeyed, not during my presence only, but now much more readily
during my absence, keep working out YOUR own human rights salvation
with fear and trembling;13 for Elect of God in Ethiopia is the one that, for the
sake of his good pleasure, is politically acting within YOU
in order for YOU both to diplomatically will and to politically act.
14 Keep
doing all diplomatic things free from murmurings and arguments,15 that YOU
may come to be blameless and innocent, children of Elect of God the Father
without a blemish in among a crooked and twisted Jesuit Supremacy generation,
among whom YOU are shining as illuminators in
the bankrupt modern world,16 keeping a tight grip on the word (UN charter) of

if I an I am being poured out like a drink offering upon the political sacrifice
and public service to which human rights faith has led YOU, I an I am

Does not divine Ethiopian wisdom keep calling out, and
discernment keep giving forth its sovereign (politically free) voice? 2 On top of
the heights, by the way, at the crossing of the roadways it has stationed
itself. 3 At the side of the gates, at the mouth of the town, at the going in of
the entrances it keeps crying loudly:
4“To YOU, O Jesuit men, I an I am calling, and my voice
is to the sons of men.5 O inexperienced ones, understand shrewdness; and YOU
stupid ones, understand heart. 6 Listen, for it is about the foremost diplomatic things
that I an I speak, and the opening of my lips is about uprightness in human rights
law. 7 For my palate in low tones utters t.r.u.t.h.s. (The Real Untold Testimony
of Haile Selassie) itself; and Jesuit wickedness is something detestable to my
lips.
8 All the sayings of my mouth are in righteousness (legal an lawful uprightness). Among them there is
nothing twisted or crooked. 9 All of them are straight to the discerning one, and
upright to the ones finding human rights knowledge.10 TAKE
my human rights discipline and not silver, and human rights knowledge rather
than choice gold.11 For divine Ethiopian wisdom is better than corals, and all
other delights themselves cannot be made equal to it.

Finally, my human family, we request YOU
and exhort YOU by the sovereign Lord Iyesus,
just as YOU
diplomatically received the human rights instruction from us on how YOU
ought to diplomatically walk and please Elect of God the Father, just as YOU
are in fact diplomatically walking, that YOU would keep
on doing it more fully. 2 For YOU know the
orders the Father gave YOU through the sovereign Lord Iyesus.
3 For this is what Elect of God the Father wills, the
sanctifying of humanity, that humanity abstain from
IMF fornication; 4 that each one of YOU should know
how to get possession of your own human vessel, in sanctification and honor in
global commerce, 5 not in covetous sexual appetite such as also those bankrupt nation

O senseless Jesuits, who is it that brought YOU
under evil deceptive influence, YOU before whose
eyes Iyesus Kristos was openly portrayed as politically impaled? 2 This alone I an
I want to learn from YOU: Did YOU receive the
spirit due to commercial works of constitutional law or due to a hearing by human
rights faith? 3 Are YOU Jesuits so senseless? After starting
in spirit (intelligence) are YOU now being
completed in flesh (political status)? 4 Did YOU undergo so

7 Surely YOU know that
those who adhere to human rights faith are the ones who are sons (seeds) of Abraham
(family head). 8 Now the Ethiopian Holy Scripture, seeing in advance that Elect
of God the Father would declare people of the bankrupt nation states righteous
due to human rights faith, declared the good diplomatic news beforehand to
Abraham, namely: “By means of you all the bankrupt nation states will be
blessed.” 9 Consequently those who adhere to human rights faith are being blessed
together with faithful Abraham.
10 For all those who depend upon commercial works of constitutional
law are under a curse in global commerce; for it is written: “Cursed is every
one that does not continue in all the diplomatic things written in the scroll
of the universal human rights Law in order to do them.” 11 Moreover, that by constitutional
commercial law no one is declared righteous with Elect of God the Father is
evident, because “the righteous one will diplomatically live by reason of human
rights faith alone.”
12 Now the universal human rights Law does not adhere to human
rights faith, but “he that does them shall diplomatically live by means of
them.” 13 Christ (the Anointed One of Ethiopia) by diplomatic purchase
politically released us (humanity) from the curse of the universal human rights
Law by becoming a curse in global commerce instead of us, because it is
written: “Accursed is every human being hanged upon a torture stake of

A validated human rights covenant (agreement), though it is a human being’s, no

hand of a human rights mediator. 20 Now there is no human rights mediator where
only one person is concerned, but Elect of God the Father is only one.
21 Is the universal
human rights Law, therefore, against the diplomatic promises of Elect of God
the Father? May that never happen! For if a constitutional commercial law had
been given that was able to give diplomatic l.i.f.e, righteousness would actually
have been by means of constitutional commercial law. 22 But the Ethiopian Holy Scripture
commercially delivered up all things together to the custody of commercial sin
(transgressing Emperors UN law of equality), that the diplomatic promise

Iyesus today. 27 For all of YOU who were baptized (purified in human rights law) into Christ
have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Ethiopian Jew nor Greek, there is neither
citizen-slave nor freeman, there is neither male nor female; for YOU
are all one corporate body in diplomatic union with Kristos Iyesus. 29 Moreover,
if YOU
belong to Christ, YOU are really Abraham’s seed,
heirs with reference to a diplomatic promise.
1 Now I an I say that as long as the heir (rod of political

are turning back again to the weak and beggarly elementary commercial things in
commerce and want to slave for those Jesuits over again? 10 YOU

17 For if by the commercial trespass of the one man
(p.o.p.e - politically oppressive people enemy) death in commerce ruled as king (private diplomat) through that one
(p.o.p.e), much more will those who receive the abundance of the undeserved
kindness and of the free diplomatic gift of righteousness, rule as kings (private
diplomats) in l.i.f.e. through the one person, Iyesus Kristos.
18 So, then, as through one commercial trespass the result to
human beings of all sorts was self condemnation in global commerce, likewise
also through one diplomatic act of human rights justification, the result to human
